The first phase of Traton Homes’ 94-unit Edgemoore at Milford community in Marietta has sold out, and the homebuilder has opened a VIP list for prospective buyers of homes in the second phase, which is scheduled for an early 2022 opening.

The current phase offers a pool, cabana and dog park, and the second phase will add another 36 two-story townhomes with the same floorplans offered in the first, as well as a community pavilion. Each home has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and 1,800-plus square feet of living space. Open-concept island kitchens, two-car garages and flexible spaces will be on offer as well; phase-two properties will be priced from the mid-$300,000s.

Residents in Edgemoore will have a “lock-and-leave lifestyle,” with lawn maintenance provided by a homeowner’s association, Traton said in a press release.

The development is located off Milford Church Road and is near the East-West Connector, close to Smyrna, Marietta, Vinings, Midtown and Buckhead.
